NINH BINH – “HALONG BAY ON LAND”

BAT TRANG CERAMIC VILLAGE

Less than 40 minutes from Hanoi, Bat Trang is ideal for a half-day trip. Walk through narrow village lanes, visit family-run ceramic workshops, and even try making your own pottery. A great choice for culture-focused travelers and souvenir hunters.

DUONG LAM ANCIENT VILLAGE

One of the few remaining traditional Vietnamese villages with laterite houses hundreds of years old. Quiet, authentic, and rarely crowded, Duong Lam offers insight into rural life just 1–1.5 hours from Hanoi.

Planning tip: Leave early (7:00–8:00 AM) to avoid traffic and crowds, and you can comfortably return to Hanoi by evening.
