Lô Lô Chải Village is one of the most distinctive traditional villages in Hà Giang, located just below the Lũng Cú Flag Tower in Lũng Cú Commune, Đồng Văn District. Surrounded by the rocky landscape of the Đồng Văn Karst Plateau, the village preserves the authentic culture and daily life of the Lô Lô ethnic people.

Lô Lô Chải lies within the Đồng Văn Karst Plateau Global Geopark (UNESCO). The area is characterized by sharp limestone mountains, cool weather throughout the year, and frequent morning mist.

From the village, visitors can easily see the Lũng Cú Flag Tower. Small stone-paved paths wind between old houses, corn fields, and stone fences, creating a typical northern highland scenery.

Traditional Architecture

One of the most remarkable features of Lô Lô Chải is its rammed-earth houses. The houses are built with:

The Lô Lô People and Cultural Identity

The village is home to the Lô Lô ethnic group, one of the smallest ethnic communities in Vietnam. Despite their small population, they have preserved many traditional customs, including:
